Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • North Island: 2–4 business days

  • South Island: 3–6 business days

  • Rural areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time — keep an eye out for updates.

Click & Collect

We currently do not offer Click & Collect.
All orders are shipped directly to your nominated delivery address through our trusted courier partners.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking details.

International Shipping

At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only.
We’re working on expanding our delivery options to include international destinations soon.
